Fixing a document that came out back-to-front
A surprising number of scanning setups produce pages in reverse. Sheet-fed scanners that pull from the bottom of a stack, phones used to photograph a pile of paper from the top down, and older copiers that output face-up can all leave you with a PDF that reads from the last page to the first. Manually dragging dozens of pages back into order is tedious and error-prone, and reversing the whole document in one click is almost always the faster fix.

When would I need to reverse a PDF?
Most often when a scanner or document feeder captured a stack of paper in the wrong direction, leaving the last sheet as page one. It's also handy for documents bound right-to-left and for undoing a scan that was fed upside down as a reversed stack.
Does reversing change the pages themselves?
No. Reversing only changes the order in which the pages appear; the content, text and images on each page are untouched.
